Our Policy
You, the parent or legal guardian, are in control of all information gathered. If you register in order to use the features on our site, we use the information you supply for the sole purpose of providing the services offered. Following the COPPA guidelines:

- Children’s personal information is supplied directly by you, the parent or legal guardian. This information consists of the child’s first name (or nickname), age, sex, and email address.
- The children’s information is used to enhance and personalize the interaction your child will have with the various features of this website. For example, personalized webpages, email greetings, notifications of comments made on the Naughty/Nice Meter©, age and gender appropriate product offerings to be add to wish lists, and gender specific references (her or him, he or she, etc.).
- Parent/legal guardian information collected is your name, email address, city and state/province.
- The parent information is used to personalize the website and email notices, as well as assist us in tracking of demographic usage.
- No personal child and parent/legal guardian information collected on our website is disclosed to any third parties. When a parent/legal guardian chooses to buy items from the wish list, the additional personal information collected from the parent/legal guardian is done on another third-party website and is used to complete the sale transaction. This additional information is controlled by the Privacy Statement of that third party website.
- You may elect to have us delete all personal information (children’s and parents) by sending us an email to that effect. We will promptly comply with such requests.

Cookies
Like most websites, we use “cookie” technology on our site to collect aggregate information. The cookie doesn’t track any personal information about you or provide us with any way to contact you, and the cookie doesn’t extract any information from your computer. When you or your child logs into our site, the cookie tells us whether you or your child has visited us before. If so, the user ID is automatically entered. The purpose of this is to allow your child to enter the child section simply by entering their password (without having to memorize their User ID). You have the option of disabling cookies. If you choose to do so, your child will need to know their User ID and password to enter the child section. Cookies are also used to track the number of times you or your child has logged into any particular page. This allows us to avoid excessive repeats of common messages which you or your child has heard before.
